At Humanitarian Heroes, we are deeply grateful for your generosity. Your donations directly support humanitarian initiatives and are typically deployed quickly to fund active programs.
No Refund Policy
As a general rule, all donations are final and non-refundable.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate donations were made in error

An incorrect donation amount was entered

The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
