Code of Ethics

Humanitarian Heroes Foundation

1. Our Commitment

​Humanitarian Heroes Foundation is committed to serving communities with dignity, compassion, respect, and integrity. All members, volunteers, project leaders, sponsors, and representatives are expected to act in a way that supports our humanitarian mission.

2. Respect for Human Dignity

All participants must treat every person with respect, regardless of background, nationality, culture, race, religion, gender, age, disability, economic status, or personal belief.

We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, exploitation, abuse, intimidation, or humiliation.

3. Integrity and Honesty

Participants agree to act honestly and transparently in all activities connected to Humanitarian Heroes.

This includes:

  • Providing truthful information

  • Avoiding misleading claims

  • Using donations and resources responsibly

  • Reporting concerns or misconduct in good faith

4. Humanitarian Purpose

​All actions must support charitable and humanitarian goals. Participants may not use Humanitarian Heroes for personal gain, fraud, political manipulation, exploitation, or activities that conflict with our mission.

5. Protection of Vulnerable People

​Participants must take special care when working with children, elderly individuals, people with disabilities, displaced persons, disaster victims, or anyone in a vulnerable situation.

Any abuse, exploitation, neglect, or unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited.

6. Cultural Respect

Participants agree to respect local customs, traditions, laws, and community leadership. Humanitarian work must be done with humility and cooperation, not superiority or control.

7. Safety and Responsibility

Participants must act responsibly and avoid creating unnecessary risks for themselves, other volunteers, staff, partners, or the communities served.

Participants must follow safety instructions, project rules, and applicable law.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Participants may receive personal information from members, volunteers, donors, or communities. This information must be protected and may not be shared without authorization.

Photos, videos, names, stories, and personal details must be used respectfully and only with proper consent.

9. Donations and Resources

All donations, supplies, equipment, funds, and resources connected to Humanitarian Heroes must be used only for approved charitable purposes.

Misuse, theft, fraud, or personal use of resources is prohibited.

10. Conflicts of Interest

Participants must avoid situations where personal interests interfere with the mission of Humanitarian Heroes.

Any actual or possible conflict of interest should be disclosed.

11. Communication and Public Representation

Participants must communicate respectfully and truthfully when representing Humanitarian Heroes.

No one may speak publicly, make promises, request donations, or represent the foundation officially unless authorized to do so.

12. Reporting Concerns

Participants are encouraged to report misconduct, safety concerns, fraud, abuse, discrimination, harassment, or violations of this Code of Ethics.

Humanitarian Heroes will review reports in good faith and may take appropriate action.

13. No Retaliation

​Humanitarian Heroes does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

14. Violations

Violations of this Code may result in:

  • Removal from projects

  • Suspension or termination of account access

  • Removal as a volunteer, project leader, sponsor, or representative

  • Referral to authorities when appropriate

15. Acknowledgment

​By participating with Humanitarian Heroes, you agree to follow this Code of Ethics and support the mission, safety, and dignity of the communities we serve.
