At Humanitarian Heroes, we are deeply grateful for your generosity. Your donations directly support humanitarian initiatives and are typically deployed quickly to fund active programs.

​No Refund Policy

As a general rule, all donations are final and non-refundable.

​Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
 

  • Duplicate donations were made in error

  • An incorrect donation amount was entered

  • The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent


Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

​How to Request a Refund

Include:
 

  • Full name

  • Donation date and amount

  • Transaction confirmation (if available)

  • Explanation of the issue


We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 5–10 business days.

​Refund Processing

​Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

​Tax & Receipt Notice

If a refund is issued:
 

  • Any previously issued donation receipt becomes void

  • Donors are responsible for consulting a tax professional regarding implications

​Florida Nonprofit Compliance Notice

Humanitarian Heroes is in the process of applying for nonprofit status. Contributions are made with the understanding that

  • Donations are voluntary and unrestricted gifts, unless otherwise specified

  • No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless explicitly stated

  • If and when tax-exempt status is granted, donation deductibility will be subject to applicable federal and state laws
