Humanitarian Heroes Foundation

1. Organization Status

Humanitarian Heroes (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a nonprofit foundation organized under the laws of the State of Florida and operates exclusively for charitable and humanitarian purposes.

We have applied for recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Tax-exempt status has not yet been granted.

If approved, such status may be recognized retroactively in accordance with applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a donation, or applying to volunteer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion

4. Volunteer Participation (No Employment Relationship)

Participation as a volunteer:

  • Is voluntary

  • Does not create employment, partnership, or agency relationship

  • Does not entitle you to wages, compensation, or benefits

 

Any stipends or reimbursements are discretionary and not guaranteed.

 

Volunteers agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws

  • Respect local communities and cultures

  • Adhere to our Code of Ethics and safety guidelines

 

We reserve the right to remove any volunteer at any time.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Humanitarian work may involve risks, including:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Travel-related incidents

  • Environmental or political instability

 

By participating, you:

  • Voluntarily assume all risks

  • Agree that Humanitarian Heroes is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses except where required by law

 

A separate signed Liability Waiver may also be required.

6. Donations (Important Notice)

Donations support our charitable mission and programs.

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, unless required by law

  • Humanitarian Heroes retains full discretion over the use of funds

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or project results

Tax Status Disclosure:

  • Donations made at this time may not be tax-deductible

  • If our 501(c)(3) status is approved, donations may become tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law

 

By donating, you acknowledge and accept this status.

7. Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant permission for Humanitarian Heroes to:

  • Use your image, likeness, voice, or statements

  • Publish content for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes

 

You may opt out by written request.

8. Code of Ethics

All users and volunteers must:

  • Act with integrity and respect

  • Avoid exploitation or harm

  • Support humanitarian values and mission

 

Violation may result in removal and termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

​All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and media—is owned by Humanitarian Heroes and may not be used without permission.
